We ship using Royal Mail courier service to all destinations within the UK, and DHL courier service to mainland Europe and worldwide.
Our delivery tariffs are as follows:
UK Next Day Special Delivery : £12.50 (1 working day for orders placed by 12.00 noon).
Mainland Europe DHL: £17.50 (1-2 working days)
Worldwide: £22.50 (2-7 working days)
Please note : Next Day service is not offered to orders outside Mainland UK or the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Orders from these areas will take up to 4 days to arrive.
Also note that we always require a signature upon delivery. If there is nobody available to sign for your order, you will receive a card stating that a delivery attempt has been made, with instructions for collection or re-delivery. The parcel will be held by Royal Mail for 7 calendar days after which time it will be returned to Toshidama Gallery. If this occurs we will make an additional charge for re-delivery.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
Prints can be conservation mounted on acid free board, or placed in archive bags and despatched in rigid mailers. We use DHL Couriers or Royal Mail for shipping; a flat rate service subsidised by the gallery. All prints are insured for shipment by ourselves. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund - although we have never yet had a returned print. Please contact us in advance if you would prefer your prints mounted.
